The quality of seals is reliable, but it can't completely solve the leakage problems caused by improper material selection, irrational structural design, improper installation and other problems. Based on the accumulation of rich R&D and technical experience in rubber products for many years, Shemar establishes a standardised sealing service system and puts forward the "Overall Sealing Solution", which provides users with more professional, reliable and convenient overall sealing solution services.
Diagnosis of the current situation: For the different sealing status of the user's equipment, systematic sealing structure design and optimisation is carried out under the premise of basically not increasing the user's costs, ensuring that the sealing structure is reasonable and effective, and laying a solid foundation for the whole life cycle of the equipment without any leakage.
Structural design: After risk assessment of the original sealing structure, we will customise the sealing structure design guidelines according to different equipment types and different parts of use.
