Gas insulated composite bushing
Shemar gas insulated composite bushings are mainly composed of hollow composite insulators, conductive rods and shielding electrodes. While inheriting the performance advantages of Shemar hollow composite insulators, it is combined with the mature overall sealing scheme and optimised structural design to ensure that the product achieves stable and reliable electrical, mechanical and sealing performance in an economical way.
Structural design: For bushings of different voltage levels, we optimize the design of shielding electrodes, equalising rings and other components to reduce costs and meet the requirements of industry standards.
Electrical performance: Shemar has its own electrical test and inspection capabilities, and through testing and verification of switching bushings at various voltage levels, all electrical performance indexes of the products can meet or exceed the values stipulated in the standards.
Sealing performance: According to different product characteristics, the sealing material, structure and design are selected, and the overall annual leakage rate of Shemar is ≤0.1%, which is lower than the 0.5% required by the Chinese national standard.
Lower cost: Shemar can provide high-quality, full range of switching casing overall design solutions, and achieve all the components of the product self-made, effective control of product quality, manufacturing costs and delivery time; in the factory to complete a full set of factory tests, for the user to save the cost of testing; the product is directly installed, which can save the user the cost of labour; the product is directly shipped to the site, which saves the user the cost of packaging, transportation.
